When you buy tickets online you will be sent an email with a booking reference, which you will need to print off or produce it on a smart phone or tablet in order to gain entry.
Please be aware that all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
PrimEvil Extreme is strictly for guests aged 18 and above (Photographic Identification will be required)
Tickets bought online are strictly non-refundable. Tickets purchased online cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Access may be denied if you visit with tickets that are not valid for the right date.
Tickets cannot be exchanged for a different date.
Your Booking Reference will be sent straight away to the email address you supplied. At busy times, please allow a couple of minutes for this to arrive, and remember to check your junk mail folder if it isn’t in your inbox.
Using your tickets
Please print out your Booking Reference and present it when you arrive or bring with you on a mobile device. If you do not have access to a printer or mobile device, please make a note of this number and take it with you.
Your commitment to us
When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Norfolk Dinosaur Park and yourself.
Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.
Medical and other conditions
Please note that we use strobe lighting throughout PrimEVIL, If you suffer from photosensitive epilepsy, PrimEVIL may not be for you.
We welcome guests of all abilities however some attractions, due to the nature of the design, are not suitable for wheelchair users. Please ask before booking your tickets as refunds cannot be made. If you suffer from a heart condition, asthma or are pregnant PrimEVIL may not be for you. We do offer a ‘Park Only’ ticket for those who wish to experience the atmosphere of PrimEVIL without visiting any of the main attractions
Cancellations & Alterations
Once the reservation has been paid for, it cannot be amended. Your ticket is only valid for the date you have selected. We are unable to change the date or the number of tickets purchased. Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations. We regret that under no circumstances will changes or refunds be made on the day of the visit.
